Service agreements and support

A service agreement for retail technology means you no longer have to keep track of separate suppliers for labels, cameras, alarms and networks. You have one contact who monitors, updates and fixes. StoreIQ offers service agreements and support for retailers across Sweden.

One contact for all your store technology

In many stores each system has its own supplier. When something stops working it is hard to know who to call, and suppliers can end up blaming each other. With a StoreIQ service agreement you have one contact for all your store technology, from shelf labels and anti-theft gates to cameras, tills and network.

Because we understand how the systems fit together, troubleshooting becomes simpler. A problem with the labels might be caused by the network, for example, and we can see and fix that without you having to coordinate several companies. It saves time for you and your store managers, and problems can often be solved faster and with fewer site visits.

Monitoring and StoreIQ Hub

Monitoring and StoreIQ Hub

Under the service agreement we monitor labels, cameras, network and alarms, so we can often see when something has gone wrong and start fixing it before staff notice. The status of all your technology is collected in StoreIQ Hub, where you can see how things stand in one store or across the whole estate, and follow up your open cases.

StoreIQ Hub also gives you an overview of price updates, footfall and alarms, and makes it easier to spot recurring problems and plan improvements. For chains it becomes clear which stores need extra support and which equipment is approaching the end of its life and should be scheduled for replacement.

Support, remote assistance and call-outs

When something needs attention, you can contact us by phone or email. Many issues can be solved through remote assistance, without anyone needing to visit the store. When a visit is required, we come out to troubleshoot, repair or replace equipment, and larger jobs are planned outside opening hours so customers are affected as little as possible.

We document installations and cases, so whoever helps you has the right information to hand. That makes it easier to solve problems quickly and to plan replacement of ageing equipment. After larger incidents we review what happened and whether anything should change, so the same problem does not keep coming back.

An agreement tailored to your store

Not every store has the same needs. We put together an agreement based on the technology you have, the number of stores involved and the level of support you require. The agreement has a fixed monthly fee, which makes budgeting easier than paying for each individual case, and you know from the start what is included.

The service agreement can cover technology we have installed and, in many cases, existing equipment after a review. It suits both independent stores and chains with locations across Sweden, and can be extended as you add new solutions. We review the agreement with you regularly to make sure it continues to match the needs of your business.

How we deliver

  1. Review of existing technology and support needs

  2. Proposal for a service agreement with scope and cost

  3. Set-up of monitoring and documentation

  4. Ongoing support, follow-up and improvements

Frequently asked questions

What is included in a service agreement?

That depends on the level you choose. It typically includes monitoring, support by phone, email and remote assistance, updates and help with replacing equipment. We go through the options and put together an agreement that suits the technology and needs of your store.

Can the agreement cover equipment installed by someone else?

In many cases, yes, once we have reviewed the equipment and documentation. Some systems can be difficult to take over if they are old or locked to a particular supplier. We will tell you honestly what we can take responsibility for.

How do we contact you when something is wrong?

You contact us by phone or email, and the case is logged so it can be followed up. Many problems are solved through remote assistance. If a visit is needed, we book it in and plan larger jobs outside opening hours.

How much does a service agreement cost?

The cost depends on how much technology is included, the number of stores and the level of support you need. The agreement has a fixed monthly fee. After a review you receive a clear proposal setting out scope and price.

What is StoreIQ Hub?

StoreIQ Hub is our portal where you can see the status of your store technology, such as labels, cameras, alarms and network, for one store or all of them. You can also follow price updates and footfall statistics. The Hub is included in StoreIQ service agreements.
