StoreIQ Hub is our portal where you see all the technology in your store in one place. Instead of one app for the labels, another for the cameras and a third for the alarm, you get one overview showing what works, what needs attention and what has happened – for one store or the entire chain.
The hub builds on the solutions we install: electronic shelf labels, digital signage, anti-theft gates, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control, networks, POS and people counters. Everything is connected during installation, so you do not have to keep track of different suppliers and logins.

Prices and electronic shelf labels in real time
See that every price update has reached the shelf edge, which labels have low batteries and which promotions are active. When a price changes in the POS system it shows in the hub, and you can check that unit prices and previous lowest prices are displayed correctly.
Security: alarms, cameras and anti-theft gates on one screen
Status for intruder alarms, access control, cameras and EAS gates is shown in the same view. You see when the store was armed and disarmed, whether a camera has stopped recording and how many alarms the gates have triggered today – insight that makes it easier to act against shrinkage.
Networks and operations – we spot faults before you do
Tills, card terminals, labels and cameras all depend on the network. The hub shows the status of internet, Wi-Fi, firewall and backup connection. With a service agreement we monitor the technology and fix faults, often before staff notice anything.
Footfall, conversion and reports
With people counters you see how many visit the store per hour and day, and together with POS data how many actually buy. The reports help you plan staffing and opening hours and compare stores.
For chains: all stores in one list
If you have several stores you see them all in one list with clear colours: green when everything works, red when something needs attention. You choose who receives alerts by text message or e-mail, and regional managers only see their own stores.

What does StoreIQ Hub cost?
StoreIQ Hub is included in our service agreements. You pay for the solutions and the service – not for extra logins.
Do I need new equipment to use the hub?
Not necessarily. We review the technology you already have and connect what we can. New installations from us are connected from the start.
Does the hub work on mobile?
Yes, the hub works in the browser on computers, tablets and phones.
Who sees what in the hub?
You decide the permissions: store managers see their store, regional managers their region and head office the whole chain.
Is it secure?
Logins are protected and data is handled in line with GDPR. Camera images and personal data are only shown to authorised users.
